What we do with what you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, the requirement you are asking us to quote, and any file you choose to attach. We do not collect anything else about you, and there is no tracking or advertising on this site.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and fulfil an order if you place one. Enquiries are sent to info@taskoki.com and handled by the people who work on them.

Who else sees it

Where sourcing your requirement means approaching a supplier, we share only what that supplier needs to quote — typically the item, quantity and delivery destination. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@taskoki.com and we will action it. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you are not satisfied with our response.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept while they are commercially useful and then deleted. Records tied to an order are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
